Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy. You will drive strategic initiatives, analyze markets, and partner with senior leaders to shape Lumen's growth and competitive advantage.

You’ll lead complex models and business cases, collaborate across functions, and own execution of strategic plans to meet revenue and adoption targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision‑making; comfortable with manipulating data sets.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem‑solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and drive results with ownership of execution.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
