Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making and actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with ownership and drive results.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
