Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region is seeking a Chief Strategy & Integration Officer (CSIO) to serve on the Executive Leadership Team and partner with the President & CEO to advance enterprise priorities, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth. The CSIO will align departments, resources, and systems around strategic priorities and drive measurable impact through data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or similarly complex organizations.
• Experience facilitating executive teams, organizational change, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, systems thinking, business intelligence, and performance management.
• Weekly travel throughout Harford and Cecil counties and across the State of Maryland, as well as periodic out-of-state travel to attend conferences and seminars and to visit other service providers and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategic planning, organizational alignment, and execution of organization-wide initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional integration and executive collaboration to maintain enterprise priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and performance analytics.
• Develop and monitor executive dashboards and reporting for decision support.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and new service lines.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Community Planning, or related field
