Job summary

HonorBridge, Inc. seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to guide the organization’s long-term strategic direction, performance excellence, and growth initiatives.

The CSO will advise the President/CEO, LT, and Board, driving alignment, innovation, and enterprise-wide execution of priorities. The CSO will champion Baldrige Performance Excellence, strengthen leadership alignment, performance management, and accountability across the organization, partnering with executives to capitalize on opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise strategy, strategic planning, healthcare leadership, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership with responsibility for enterprise-level strategy and Board interaction.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of HonorBridge’s enterprise strategy with top leadership.
• Translate vision into clear strategic priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide strategic planning and prioritization efforts.
• Ensure strategic initiatives align with mission and long-term goals.
