Job summary

The Arc NCR in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Chief Strategy & Integration Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and guide enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes. This leadership role partners with the CEO to align people, processes, and resources for sustainable growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Community Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Experience facilitating executive teams, organizational change, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, monitoring, and refinement of the organization's Strategic Plan.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable enterprise initiatives with defined outcomes and accountability.
• Facilitate organizational strategic planning processes with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress toward strategic goals and recommend adjustments based on changing organizational needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration across multiple departments.
• Build systems that improve communication, transparency, and organizational accountability.
