Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region seeks a Chief Strategy & Integration Officer to partner with the CEO, align departments, and drive enterprise priorities. You will translate strategic vision into measurable initiatives with accountability, dashboards, and governance across the organization.

You will lead enterprise strategy, integration, and continuous improvement, building cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision support for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Community Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or similarly complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to the President & CEO.
• Lead development, coordination, monitoring, and refinement of the organization's Strategic Plan.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable enterprise initiatives with defined outcomes and accountability.
• Develop organizational performance measures and enterprise dashboards that support executive decision-making.
