Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region seeks a Chief Program Officer to provide executive leadership for all program and clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services with strong regulatory compliance and financial stewardship. This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and drives strategic implementation across multiple service lines.

The CPO will develop leaders, scale new services, monitor performance, and foster an operating culture of accountability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Ten years of progressively responsible program management experience, including at least five years in senior leadership with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with disability services, regulations, and funding streams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for program and clinical operations.
• Translate organizational strategy into operational plans with measurable results.
• Lead oversight of DDA programs and monarc, LLC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory readiness.
