Job summary

Comunilife seeks a dynamic Chief Strategy & Special Initiatives Officer (CSIO) to advance organizational effectiveness, innovation, and enterprise-wide transformation. This senior leader will establish the Quality Improvement department, align initiatives with funder and regulatory expectations, and oversee cross-functional projects for sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organizational development, change management, strategic analysis, and performance improvement.
• Demonstrated experience building or formalizing a quality improvement, performance management, or organizational effectiveness function.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Improvement initiatives and establish department charter, structure, staffing, and metrics.
• Guide Enterprise Strategy, Innovation & Organizational Growth through assessments and market analyses.
• Oversee Executive initiatives and cross-department collaboration on major projects.
• Drive Organizational Transformation, culture change, and workforce development with HR
• Monitor Government systems and align with external stakeholders and funding streams.
• Support Executive Leadership with reporting, decision-making, and Board engagements.
