Qualifications

• Master's Degree in business administration, strategic management or equivalent discipline.
• Min. of 5 yrs. related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASIS International - Certified Protection Professional.
• Valid driver's permit.
• Valid Passport.
• Defensive Driving Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with the Accountant.
• Interpret and analyze financial statements for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Take full accountability for revenue growth, profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure timely financial forecasting, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Pursue new revenue opportunities through tenders, client development, and market expansion.
• Drive continuous financial improvement through planning and disciplined execution.
• Create and execute a comprehensive annual business plan with detailed projections.
• Own the organization's P&L and drive performance to targets.
• Maintain a robust business continuity plan.
