The position emphasizes collaboration, analytical rigor, and leadership across the organization, with relocation support and a 10% travel expectation, located at Cardinal Health Headquarters in Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of strategy experience preferred.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharma manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of HUB services, RWE, 3PL, and related biopharma services.
• Healthcare/consulting experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical methods.
• Travel requirement: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for the Specialty businesses and align with corporate strategies.
• Develop content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry evolution and align portfolio strategies.
• Identify gaps and determine scalable capabilities for growth.
• Create business cases with market analysis, value proposition, and economic models.
• Prospect and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive M&A processes and post‑integration considerations.
• Advise leaders on strategic direction and objectives.
• Lead the Strategy & Business Development team and foster high performance.
