Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams to develop strategic internal and external communication plans reflecting the brand and voice.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of communicators.
• Produce and implement strategic communications in various formats including press releases and social media content.
• Plan and execute communications for national sales meetings and conferences, including run of shows and talking points.
• Plan and execute town halls with the live events team; develop run of show and speaker materials.
• Draft and review communications including leadership announcements, news releases, and newsletters.
