Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Integrating Manager for SigMon/SigInt within the ADGS segment. You will oversee operations, growth, and market positioning, translating strategy into tactical plans and leading cross-functional teams to win key accounts.

You will drive regional go-to-market initiatives, shape solution narratives, and ensure compliance with export controls while guiding a team of BD managers and specialists to deliver growth across multiple aerospace and defense domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field plus 5+ years of first-/second-level management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into tactics and leading multiple departments or workgroups.
• Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to meet export-control and program-access requirements for defense engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own regional go-to-market strategies for SigMon/SigInt and engage customers end to end.
• Lead and develop a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with product management, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings with segment demand.
• Deliver accurate short-term forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Ensure compliance with export-control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI requirements in engagements.
