Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Integrating Manager for the SigMon/SigInt segment in the ADGS portfolio. You will translate segment strategy into tactical plans, build a team of business development managers and specialists, and coordinate with product, R&D, solutions marketing, and field sales to win key accounts.

You will drive market insights, create compelling solution narratives, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide regional go-to-market efforts to deliver growth and customer value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in aerospace/defense.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to translate strategy into tactics.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment.
• Translate strategy into tactical plans and priorities.
• Build and coach a team of business development managers and specialists.
• Shape solution narratives for Keysight’s SigMon/SigInt portfolio.
• Drive software-defined, simulation-based validation market messaging.
• Align offerings with segment demand with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver accurate short-term order forecasts and maintain funnel health.
• Ensure export-control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI compliance.
