Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Integrating Manager for the SigMon/SigInt segment within its Aerospace, Defense & Government Solutions group. You will lead a cross‑functional team to translate segment strategy into regional go‑to‑market plans, engage major customers, and drive growth across RF/microwave, EW, and SIGINT solutions.

You will collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing to shape narratives, forecast demand, and advance a software‑defined, cognitive validation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years of management experience; 10+ years in aerospace/defense preferred.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into tactics and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Experience managing managers and multiple departments; strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectra systems and the aerospace/defense customer landscape.
• Ability to translate customer needs into high‑level requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment and develop regional engagement strategies.
• Translate portfolio strategy into tactical plans, programs, and short‑term forecasts.
• Lead and develop a team of business development managers and engineers; set objectives and coach performance.
• Shape solution narratives for Keysight’s SigMon/SigInt portfolio against evolving mission needs.
• Drive response to software‑defined, simulation‑based validation trends and maintain market direction.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings and campaigns.
• Deliver accurate short‑term forecasts and monitor funnel health and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure engagements comply with export control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI requirements.
