Our ~16,800 employees create world-class solutions in communications, 5G, automotive, energy, quantum, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets for customers in over 100 countries. Learn more about what we do.

Our award‑winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry‑first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.

Responsibilities

Keysight Technologies helps innovators bridge the gap between concept and reality. Within our Aerospace, Defense & Government Solutions (ADGS) business, we equip primes, defense contractors, and government laboratories with the design, emulation, and test capabilities needed to develop and validate the next generation technologies — from RF and microwave components through fully integrated, cognitive and AI‑enabled SigMon/SigInt platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Integrating Manager for SigMon/SigInt business segment, you are responsible for the overall operations, growth, and market positioning of Keysight's SigMon/SigInt business. You translate segment and portfolio strategy into executable tactical plans, build a team of business development managers and specialists, and lead them to engage with customers and cross‑functional teams.

You direct and integrate the resources of multiple workgroups — business development, field sales, product/solution marketing, and technical specialists — to develop regional go‑to‑market strategies, identify and win key accounts, and build the solution narratives that connect Keysight’s portfolio of products and solutions to evolving SigMon/SigInt trends. The position requires an individual who motivates, innovates, takes risks, advocates new ideas and methodologies and drives continuous improvement, resulting in ADGS business growth. This individual must have a broad knowledge of many industry segments including, signal monitoring and intelligence to present latest market drivers at thought leadership events and lead a team of experts in solving difficult customer problems and influence strategy across Keysight by connecting business drivers and knowledge of customer needs. This leader will continue to funnel outside customer perspectives into the IST solutions development lifecycle. This position reports to a Vice President.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business strategy & operations. Own the overall operations and business objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment; develop regional business development and customer engagement strategies end to end.
  • Translate strategy into tactics. Convert portfolio and segment strategy into tactical business plans, programs, and short‑term order forecasts; define priorities and delegate initiatives across your team and partner workgroups.
  • Lead and develop people. Build a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors — and, where applicable, senior individual contributors; set objectives, coach for performance, build bench strength, and drive talent acquisition and retention across the segment.
  • Portfolio positioning. Shape and champion solution narratives that position Keysight's SigMon/SigInt portfolio — RF/microwave instrumentation, electronic warfare, and SIGINT/ELINT sensors and analyzers, against the customer's evolving mission needs.
  • Drive emerging trends. Frame Keysight's response to the shift toward software‑defined, simulation‑based validation of cognitive and AI‑enabled SigMon/SigInt; ensure the segment's messaging and roadmap engagement stay ahead of market direction.
  • Cross‑functional integration. Partner with product line management, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings, pricing, and campaigns with segment demand; represent the voice of the SigMon/SigInt customer internally.
  • Forecasting & funnel health. Deliver accurate short‑term order forecasts and maintain a healthy, well‑qualified funnel; monitor pipeline metrics, win rates, and competitive dynamics and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Compliance & customer trust. Ensure engagements observe the export‑control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI handling requirements inherent to defense customer relationships.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field, plus typically 5+ years of relevant experience as a first‑ and second‑level manager. 10+ years of relevant industry experience in aerospace defense.
  • Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills implementing program‑ and organization‑level strategies, including proven experience translating strategy into tactics.
  • Experience managing managers and/or supervisors and directing the resources of several departments or workgroups. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic‑spectra systems and the aerospace/defense customer landscape (primes, defense contractors, government laboratories).
  • Deep understanding of customer workflows, ecosystems, and their product/technology roadmap and business goals and translate their needs into high level requirements that we can address with our planned upcoming products and solutions.
  • Track record of developing regional sales/BD strategies, managing a sales funnel, and delivering order forecasts against business objectives.
  • S. person status or ability to meet export‑control and program‑access requirements for defense engagements, as applicable to the hiring location.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with test & measurement instrumentation (PXIe/AXIe modular, RF/microwave analyzers and generators) and software‑defined, simulation‑based validation approaches.
  • Experience selling or positioning complex technical solutions to defense primes and government programs, including multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder pursuits.
  • Understanding of CMMC/CUI and ITAR considerations in defense contractor engagements.
