Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a strategic Integrating Manager for SigMon/SigInt, steering operations and growth across the defense-focused segment. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, build a cross-functional team, and drive regional go-to-market initiatives with primes, contractors, and labs.

You will direct multi-group resources, shape portfolio narratives, and push for advanced, AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring export-control compliance and strong customer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field; typically 5+ years of managerial experience and 10+ years in aerospace/defense.
• Proven experience translating strategy into tactics across multiple teams and workgroups.
• Experience managing managers and directing resources across departments; strong writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems in defense contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment; lead regional BD strategies and customer engagement end-to-end.
• Translate portfolio and segment strategy into tactical plans, programs, and short-term forecasts; set priorities across teams.
• Build and coach a team of BDMs, engineers, and supervisors; manage objectives and talent across the segment.
• Shape solution narratives for the SigMon/SigInt portfolio (RF/microwave instrumentation, electronic warfare, SIGINT/ELINT).
• Frame Keysight's response to software-defined, simulation-based validation trends and maintain market-leading messaging.
• Partner with product management, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings and campaigns with demand.
