Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field; 5+ years of management experience; 10+ years in aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience translating strategy into tactics and leading multiple departments or workgroups.
• Knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems for defense customers.
• Proven ability to develop regional sales/BD strategies and forecast order funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment and drive regional engagement.
• Translate portfolio strategy into tactical plans, programs, and forecasts.
• Lead and develop a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Shape solution narratives for Keysight's SigMon/SigInt portfolio against evolving needs.
• Direct cross-functional integration with product, R&D, and marketing to align offerings.
• Deliver accurate short-term forecasts and maintain a healthy funnel; monitor metrics.
