Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Integrating Manager for the SigMon/SigInt segment in the US. You will translate segment strategy into executable plans, build and lead a multi-disciplinary team, and coordinate with product, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to win key accounts and shape market narratives.

You will drive regional go-to-market strategies, engage with customers and partners, and influence strategy across Keysight by aligning business drivers with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field, plus typically 5+ years of first-/second-level management experience.
• 10+ years of relevant aerospace/defense industry experience.
• Experience translating strategy into tactics and guiding multi-team initiatives.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment; develop regional business development and customer engagement strategies end to end.
• Translate portfolio and segment strategy into tactical plans, programs, and short-term order forecasts; set priorities and delegate across teams.
• Build and lead a team of managers, engineers, and supervisors; coach for performance and drive talent acquisition.
• Shape solution narratives for Keysight's SigMon/SigInt portfolio against evolving mission needs.
• Frame response to software-defined, simulation-based validation of cognitive and AI-enabled SigMon/SigInt; keep messaging and roadmap ahead of market direction.
• Partner with product management, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings and campaigns with segment demand.
• Deliver accurate short-term order forecasts and maintain a healthy funnel; monitor win rates and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure export-control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI handling requirements in defense engagements.
