The role requires a strong track record in SaaS/ digital solutions, 5+ years in relevant fields, and 10+ years in high-impact customer operations. MBA is a plus; college degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field (iGaming/iLottery ideal).
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and owning large customer operations focused on revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience selling SaaS products and with digital technology solutions.
• College degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic account plans focused on growth and profitability.
• Lead regular business reviews, check-ins, and strategic meetings with the account team and customer.
• Shape jurisdiction-specific growth strategies and execute RFP initiatives, including pre-planning and win strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SG product lines, building and maintaining executive relationships.
• Manage customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for new, cross-sell, and upsell solutions.
• Deliver consultative, value-based proposals and tailored solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation to contract signature.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and project delivery.
• Verify and audit sales projections and monthly forecasts, providing data-driven insights.
