Zonda is redefining the future of housing. We are embedded in a fast-growing real estate industry, seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Builder Listings Services and Digital Solutions in Nashville.

You will build relationships with homebuilders and developers, drive regional sales, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. The role emphasizes hunter mentality, urgency, and independence in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on innovative real estate

Qualifications

2-5+ years’ experience in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in a BD/outside sales role.
2-5+ years’ experience selling into VP/Director level in the new home industry.
Knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration.
Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.
Experience managing full sales process from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions.
Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
Generate 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
Drive full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
Perform in-person and web demonstrations.
Travel within territory and at industry conventions to close prospects.
