Job summary

Zonda in North Florida is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead builder sales and expand our services, including an online platform and published research. This role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on deal closing and requires collaboration with Customer Success to grow our footprint in homebuilding and related markets.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, travel within the territory, and represent Zonda to developers, lenders, and agencies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital/data services business development or outside sales.
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
• Experience managing full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Hunter mentality, fast learner, independent, high energy.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, developers, lenders, and related firms.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Record and maintain pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from intro to close.
• Schedule and perform in person and web demonstrations.
• Travel within territory and participate in industry events.
