Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software or SaaS sales teams.
• Proven revenue target attainment and scalable sales performance.
• Expertise in territory planning, pipeline generation, forecasting and account planning.
• Experience with direct and indirect sales channels including partners.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication and executive presence.
• Familiarity with the Design and Manufacturing industry preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on revenue growth and customer expansion.
• Develop and execute territory and industry sales strategies aligned to Autodesk priorities.
• Drive quota attainment through pipeline discipline, forecasting, deal inspection, and accountability.
• Build strong customer, partner, and internal relationships to identify growth opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Partner across sales, technical sales, customer success, partner management, marketing, finance, and product teams to improve execution.
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
