Job summary

Mindgruve, a global digital agency, seeks an Associate Account Director to lead major accounts and mentor teams. You’ll blend strategy, financial management and client leadership to drive growth across retail, digital, media and traditional channels.

Set direction for client portfolios, build senior-level relationships, manage budgets and forecasts, and work with Strategy, Creative and Media leads to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex agency accounts and advising senior clients.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive client growth.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for client portfolios to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Manage account budgets, forecasts and overall performance.
• Lead and mentor account teams to grow skills and confidence.
• Work with Strategy, Creative and Media leads to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Find new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as the senior point of contact for client issues and resolve them quickly.
• Support new business efforts through proposals and pitches.
