Mindgruve is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing to spearhead brand marketing, elevate thought leadership, and drive demand generation efforts across the U.S. market. This role encompasses developing brand strategy, managing integrated marketing programs, and building industry presence through events and communications.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience within media agencies, possess strong B2B marketing skills, and be capable of executing successful marketing programs that resonate with enterprise brands. This is a highly visible role located in our San Diego office.

Formación

• 10-12+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles within large media agencies.
• Proven track record of building marketing services or solutions for enterprise brands.
• Strong background in managing industry events and sponsorship programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Mindgruve’s brand marketing, industry presence, and demand generation efforts.
• Drive content strategy including white papers and case studies.
• Own marketing-led pipeline contribution and lead generation programs.
