Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
• Proven tenure within Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals, target markets, and geographic priorities.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and understand competitor positioning and pursuit behavior.
• Lead and implement Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning engagement.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company’s CRM system to track client relationships and contacts, market activity and intelligence, opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes.
