Job summary

Associa in the United States is seeking a Director of Community Growth and Development to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand loyalty across communities. You will partner with business development and management teams to shape effective plans and timelines, and to ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include expanding referral networks, pursuing new prospects in target markets, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong client relationships to boost retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 3–5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referral relationships.
• Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
• Other duties as assigned.
