• Build and cultivate referral relationships with key community partners, organizations, businesses, and other sources of new business.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, using proactive outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other sales strategies.
• Strengthen existing client relationships to support retention, referrals, additional business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the organization in the community, attending networking events, industry functions, community activities, and other opportunities that increase visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Track and communicate sales and growth performance, using key metrics to identify opportunities, adjust strategy, and consistently work toward revenue goals.
• Partner closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure that growth initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver a strong client experience.
