N-SIDE is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth (Independent Consultant) to join its Life Science team in the United States. In this role you will leverage your CTS expertise, industry network, and strategic advisory skills to influence senior stakeholders and unlock new opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years of experience in Clinical Trials, Clinical Supply Chain, RTSM, or related fields.
• Background in client relationship management, business development, or technical sales is highly preferred.
• Strong and established Clinical Supply/Trial network.
• Customer-focused with ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work across international teams.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development of partnership ecosystem with CTS-related providers and stakeholders.
• Leverage a broad CTS network to identify opportunities for the US Strategic Account Management team.
• Support marketing activities and monitor CTS industry trends.
• Guide strategic discussions with clients to align N-SIDE’s value with their needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Account Management to translate insights into strategy.
