Job summary

Priceline is seeking a Strategy Director to lead analytical work and define 1-year and 3-year priorities within a hybrid work model (two days in-office). You will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to translate priorities into strategic plans and actionable initiatives.

You will build executive‑ready narratives and KPI structures, support Leadership Team meetings, and ensure progress is tracked and communicated across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in strategy, with consulting or corporate strategy preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills for benchmarking, market analysis, and business performance analysis.
• Exceptional written communication with the ability to structure complex ideas into executive-ready narratives.
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear recommendations and strategic choices.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, balancing rigor with impact.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and synthesis work at Priceline’s corporate strategy, researching landscape, sizing opportunities, and defining 1-year and 3-year priorities.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and consumer research to inform strategy.
• Translate inputs into concise executive-ready narratives, frameworks, and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Define and maintain the corporate KPI structure with rigorous tracking and ownership.
• Partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing to translate priorities into functional strategies.
• Build executive presentations, briefs, updates for Leadership Team meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Support cross‑brand strategy initiatives connecting Priceline priorities to Booking Holdings conversations.
• Map initiatives to owners, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
