Qualifications

• 6–10 years in strategy, with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or both preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience in benchmarking, market analysis, and business performance analysis.
• Exceptional written communication for executive briefs and presentations.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into clear recommendations and frameworks.
• Comfortable at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, balancing rigor with impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and synthesis work for Priceline’s corporate strategy development, researching the competitive landscape, sizing opportunities, and defining 1-year and 3-year priorities.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and customer research to develop a fact-based view of market direction and Priceline’s position.
• Translate complex inputs into executive-ready narratives, frameworks, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Define and maintain the corporate KPI structure to measure progress on priorities with clear ownership and reporting.
• Partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing to translate priorities into functional strategies and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Build executive-ready presentations, briefs, updates for Leadership Team meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Support cross-brand strategy initiatives by connecting Priceline’s priorities to Booking Holdings conversations and initiatives.
• Map initiatives to owners, timelines, milestones, and success measures, building tracking mechanisms.
