Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science discipline with 7+ years in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Outsourcing sales
• History of success gaining new clients and new client revenue
• Formal Sales training preferred
• Capable of managing larger national accounts that exceed $2M in annual revenue

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client acquisition.
• Deliver Boston Analytical company presentations to prospective and current clients.
• Manage entire sales process from lead generation to conversion to active client.
• Cross-sell/up-sell within existing accounts with regular client interactions.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate pricing contracts for services.
• Achieve sales revenue goals.
• Collaborate with local and national team members.
• Maintain CRM data in real time (Salesforce).
• Provide market intelligence to Leadership and Marketing.
• Support marketing initiatives for company success.
• Attend off-site functions and conferences as needed.
