Job summary

MoonPay is hiring a Capital Officer to build and lead capital planning, funding, and liquidity in a fast‑growing digital assets ecosystem. You will develop forecasting, governance, and reporting frameworks while partnering with Finance, Risk and Legal to strengthen financial resilience.

You will drive capital allocation decisions, stress testing, and scenario planning to ensure prudent deployment of resources across multiple market conditions in the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience at a leading financial institution.
• Deep capital planning and management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in funding, liquidity, and balance sheet management.
• Experience using stress testing and scenario analysis to inform decisions.
• A builder and operator with strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own MoonPay’s capital planning and management framework, including forecasting and governance.
• Develop and execute funding and liquidity strategies across conditions.
• Develop capital forecasting capabilities translating performance into plans.
• Lead stress testing and scenario planning to identify actions.
• Drive capital allocation and balance sheet analysis with senior stakeholders.
• Build a scalable capital management capability with governance and reporting.
