Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant in USFI Regional Banks to lead strategic sales engagements with existing customers and prospects. You will drive growth of Mastercard Services within a strong account portfolio, uncover business needs, and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions across teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong payments background, proven partnership-building skills, and the ability to frame opportunities from the customer’s perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients.
• Experience in payments or financial services, and selling to Regional Banks.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sales engagements with existing customers and prospects in the Regional Bank Segment.
• Exceed sales targets by expanding Mastercard Services offerings within a robust portfolio of existing accounts.
• Discover and articulate business needs, identifying key issues and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions.
• Craft persuasive pitches and presentations for senior and mid-level audiences.
• Guide complex projects to successful completion, identifying challenges and implementing agile solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that integrate Mastercard Services capabilities.
