Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Vice President of Finance Regional Services Lead to serve as financial advisor and business partner to regional services teams, reporting to the Regional CFO and participating in regional and global leadership discussions.

You will lead all finance elements for the Region Services team, driving volume growth, profitability, and efficiency, while ensuring timely financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Significant finance experience; banking/payment industry a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
• Strong financial analysis, accounting, and business partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance leader for the Regional Services business.
• Integrate finance with the business to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement short- and medium-term strategic and tactical plans.
• Collaborate with Business Development Finance on business cases and opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial close with centralized FP&A support.
• Coordinate close with Region controller and FP&A lead; ensure accurate reporting.
