Job summary

Solera is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver high-impact consulting to automotive dealership customers. You will drive SaaS adoption, build long‑term relationships, and proactively identify opportunities to expand engagements across client accounts.

In this role you will travel up to 75% to deliver on-site support, collaborate across teams, and ensure client success through data-driven insights and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong automotive dealership experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of SaaS account experience in the automotive sector.
• Experience with SaaS products used by dealerships is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant software is a plus.
• Able to train and present to groups of varied sizes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client engagement skills.
• A proactive, accountable problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with dealership accounts and tailor consulting engagements.
• Drive adoption of Solera SaaS products to maximize ROI for clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new consulting opportunities.
• Travel up to 75% to engage with dealerships on-site.
• Collaborate with Solera team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Model professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
• Execute departmental initiatives and deliverables on schedule.
• Address moderate to complex client requests and project tasks.
• Analyze data sets to provide actionable recommendations to clients and teams.
• Meet individual and team KPIs while taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
