Job summary

Solera is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Consulting to lead a team of customer-facing consultants focused on improving variable and fixed operations in automotive dealerships. You will drive KPI-based programs, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to turn data into actionable improvements and measurable ROI.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align priorities, deliver high-quality engagements, and scale professional services

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Industry expertise: automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Performance consulting leadership: lead teams driving adoption, ROI, and KPI management.
• People leadership: hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Communication and presence: strong verbal and written communication.
• Execution and ownership: high personal accountability and proactive problem-solving.
• Technical proficiency: proficient with Microsoft Office; data storytelling to drive action.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to support onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline discipline and improve sales and profitability.
