Job summary

Stantec is seeking a senior-level professional to drive business development and strategic client relationships across a regional business center. You will lead account management for major clients, pursue growth opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to win proposals and achieve revenue targets.

Role emphasizes market insight, cross-selling initiatives, and maintaining strong client feedback loops while working with senior leadership to optimize pipelines and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Professional registration in related field.
