Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in financial services or related field; or Associates degree with five years’ experience in financial services or related field.
• Equivalency combination approved by HR also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of the branch/complex strategic plan to monitor expenses, grow revenue and improve productivity.
• Delivers client or prospect experience, maintains administrative procedures and coordinates requests.
• Coordinates branch-home office workflow with home office departments.
• Resolves moderately complex client account issues and inquiries.
• Assists with planning and coordinating special projects and client/prospect events that yield ROI.
• Maintains expertise in practice management tools, reporting and compliance.
