Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, in person, and mailings.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and prepare expense reports.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing clients.
• Maintain CRM records and client databases.
• Assist with marketing events and client seminars.
