Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to assist in executing a strategic growth plan for a Branch or Complex. The role involves extensive client contact, coordination with home office teams, and ongoing relationship management to support new business opportunities.

The position requires a flexible background in financial services, strong communication, and project coordination capabilities to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5+ years in financial services, or Bachelor's with 2+ years.
• Experience coordinating branch/home office workflows and events.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic plan to monitor expenses and drive revenue growth.
• Assist with client/prospect experience and coordinate requests with home office.
• Coordinate transition and onboarding processes for internal transfers/new affiliates.
• Research and resolve moderately complex client account issues and inquiries.
• Assist with payout analyses based on prospect production and business mix.
• Support planning of events for clients or prospects to achieve ROI.
• Maintain knowledge of practice management tools, reporting and compliance practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external partners to generate new business opportunities.
