Qualifications

• CRM software knowledge and general office practices.
• Excel proficiency for developing spreadsheets and reporting.
• Effective communication across multiple client interaction platforms (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions by phone, in person, virtually and via mailings.
• Provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client transactions and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to support servicing existing clients and prospecting.
