Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with five years’ experience in financial services, or Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of strategic growth plans for the branch or complex.
• Coordinates client requests and maintains strong client experiences.
• Works with home office to align branch workflow and resolve inquiries.
• Assists with planning and coordination of branch events and projects.
• Maintains compliance, reporting and practice management resources.
• Supports onboarding and transition processes for new affiliates.
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners to generate opportunities.
• Assists with payout analyses and prospect data gathering.
