Solutions Driven is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager to join our global engineered equipment manufacturing team in Kentucky. You will report to the Business Unit President and guide strategic initiatives, market analyses, and growth opportunities across a fast-moving environment.

You should bring 3–6 years of experience in strategy-related roles, strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and an MBA or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Exposure to strategy consulting, corporate development, or business analytics.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred, otherwise strong relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual strategic planning with the President.
• Perform market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer insight work.
• Identify growth opportunities and market adjacencies.
• Support M&A pipeline: target screening, diligence, valuation, business cases.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, commercial, operations, and finance to translate strategy into execution.
