You will assume full responsibility for strategic, commercial, and operational leadership in the United States, driving go-to-market execution and deepening customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in industrial manufacturing, senior leadership experience, and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in industrial or technical manufacturing environments.
• Senior or general management experience (CEO/Managing Director/Director) preferable.
• Strong background in technical sales, operations, and business development within B2B manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. entity's operations, driving profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
• Develop and execute regional business strategy in line with global leadership.
• Strengthen brand presence and market share in key industrial segments.
• Drive sales through direct customer engagement, coaching, and channel partnerships.
• Provide leadership to a small, growing team and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Coordinate with global headquarters on strategy and performance.
