EliseAI in New York seeks a Director of New Verticals to identify, incubate, and scale new products from concept through launch and growth. You will set strategic direction, lead high-impact initiatives, and align the organization under the Chief Strategy Officer.

You will guide market research, develop go-to-market plans, and manage a cross-functional team to execute bold product launches and expansions. This role requires strategic thinking and proven execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or corporate strategy, consulting, or product management in tech/high-growth startups.
• Proven track record launching and scaling new products or business lines.
• Strong analytical and market-insight driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Able to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments and drive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research, feasibility analyses, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities.
• Develop and own go-to-market strategies including segmentation and pricing.
• Guide cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success) through launches and expansions.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.
