Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced strategist to drive our corporate direction in a fast-changing market. You will oversee data synthesis, in-depth analysis and hypothesis testing to inform strategic choices.

Collaboration across large, cross-functional teams and business units will align strategy with organizational goals and create value. The role requires guiding project strategies, risk management, and opportunity identification while contributing to the knowledge base and adopting modern BI

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in strategic management, planning and implementation, consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify research and analysis needs for large, complex strategy programs.
• Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies and tactics.
• Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Create project guidelines, goals, and deliverables to drive outcomes.
• Advise executives on risk, growth opportunities, and strategy formation.
• Contribute to knowledge base with new methods and criteria for strategy analysis.
• Collaborate across regions to align strategy with corporate directions.
• Apply BI and analytics frameworks to manage diverse business units and products.
• Facilitate regular strategic planning follow-ups to promote accountability.
