The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, executive-ready narratives, and strong cross-functional collaboration to influence portfolio strategy, pricing, packaging, and investment decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 8–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business strategy, or related field.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or a tech/product organization with analytical rigor.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations, business cases, pricing/packaging analyses, GTM plans, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic analyses and insights to inform HP's software, services, and solutions portfolio strategy.
• Support software/services/vertical solutions strategies for key markets like retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Assist services portfolio simplification and modular offerings for indirect channels and GTM clarity.
• Provide outside-in perspectives using market trends, analyst insights, competitive positioning, and customer adoption patterns.
• Support AI-enabled services/solutions strategy with market sizing, use-case analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, finance, category, and strategy teams to translate customer pain points into demand hypotheses and TAM/SAM/SOM sizing.
• Evaluate core-to-edge AI solution architectures and required components for market-ready impacts.
• Support strategic account pursuits, pilots, lighthouse accounts, reference designs, and proof points.
• Partner with GTM teams to develop launch readiness plans across enterprise and channel partners.
