Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team. We help clients redefine what’s possible, shape the future, and deliver outcomes across dynamic markets.

You will lead enterprise-wide and business-unit strategy development, coach teams through research, and craft compelling narratives and roadmaps that convert insights into action for clients. As a strategist, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to strategy communities, and build capability within client teams to sustain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
• Leadership in Business Strategy and Process Optimization including: Growth Strategy Development, Financial, Business and Process Analysis, Competitive Research & Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Strategic Roadmap & Execution Plans, Executive Management & Communications, Continuous Process Improvement.
• MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of enterprise-wide and/or business-unit strategies to demonstrate the what, why and how to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in dynamic, ambiguous and innovative industries.
• Coach and lead team members through research and assessment activities to provide a digestible narrative to clients.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on client opportunities and challenges.
• Build capabilities of client teams to think and work together as Strategists through the strategy development process.
• Mentor and lead other Strategists to grow in their expertise and contribute to Slalom’s strategy communities.
• Create project and program-level roadmaps that enable long-term client success and align to Slalom-enabled work.
• Provide process mapping guidance for the team and support complex process mapping portfolios.
• Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details.
• Develop capabilities and solutions that align to client’s ‘Why’.
