Slalom is seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team. The candidate will lead enterprise-wide strategy development, coach strategists, and drive client outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
• Experience in Business Strategy and Process Optimization.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide and/or business-unit strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments for dynamic industries.
• Coach and mentor Strategists, guiding research and synthesis into compelling client narratives.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on opportunities and challenges.
• Build client team capabilities to think and work through the strategy development process.
• Mentor Strategists and contribute to strategy communities at Slalom.
• Create roadmaps at project and program level to enable long-term client success.
• Provide process mapping guidance for the team and complex portfolios.
• Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details.
• Develop capabilities and solutions aligning to client strategic goals.
