Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
• Experience in Business Strategy and Process Optimization including growth strategy, analytics, roadmaps, and execution.
• MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide and/or business-unit strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct development of complex situation assessments in dynamic industries.
• Coach and lead teams through research, analysis and synthesis to deliver compelling narratives.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on opportunities.
• Build capabilities in client teams to think and work through strategy development.
• Mentor other Strategists and contribute to strategy communities.
• Create project roadmaps enabling long-term client success and alignment.
• Guide process mapping and support complex portfolios.
• Understand client outcomes and deal strategies for solution details.
• Develop strategy opportunities with cost estimates, staffing plans and timelines.
• Align capabilities with the client’s 'Why'.
